However, the Site may contain links to other web sites that we do not directly manage such as Google Analytics used to understand and optimize user’s behavior. KTEPL will not be responsible for the privacy policies of such external web sites.

 

Who Can Sign Up (Eligibility)  

Any persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872 (Act) are only eligible to use the Platform. Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 specifies that every person is competent to contract provided he or she has attained the age of 18 years, is of sound mind and not disqualified from contracting by any other law to which he or she is subject to. Legal guardian or parents can transact or use the Platform on behalf of minor. KTEPL reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or refuse access to the Platform upon acquiring actual knowledge that you are under the age of 18 years.

KTEPL grants customers limited access rights for personal use on this site and not to download (other than page caching) or edit any portion of it.

Further no Customer is authorized to frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) on the Site without express written consent. 

Any unauthorized use automatically terminates the permission granted by KTEPL

 

Pricing  

Prices displayed for most of the products on www.AllMeat.in exclude GST and some products includes. Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Products without any notice at any time. In case fresh food prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order. 

 

Order Cancellation 

A Customer can opt to cancel order within 2 hours for the order placed either online or by calling our customer service and receive refund of advance paid if any. This is not applicable for Express delivery orders since those are processed and shipped immediately.

KTEPL reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects any fraudulent transaction by a Customer or breaches the terms & conditions of using the website

 

Return & Refunds  

KTEPL believes in Centum Customer satisfaction and "no questions asked return and refund policy" for issues relating to quality or freshness of its supplies. Given that the orders are lower in size and it’s hard to refund for cash on delivery orders in particular, the refunds will be applied to the subsequent shopping bills. 

 

Customer Acceptance 

By using this Platform or ordering Products, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all terms and conditions on this Platform.

To provide authentic and true information in all instances and authorize KTEPL to validate the information provided at any point to time and reject registration if any details are found to be untrue wholly or partly.

Customer is the responsible to provide the delivery address correct and proper in all respects.

Customer is the responsible to verify the product descriptions carefully and checked before placing the order and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of sale.
